Direct-through electromagnetic pulse valve for workshop dust collector

The direct-acting solenoid pulse valve is an automated fundamental component used to control the direction of fluid flow, belonging to the category of actuators; it is commonly employed in mechanical control and industrial valves to manage the direction of the medium, thereby achieving control over the valve's opening and closing.

Working Principle: The DSF direct-acting solenoid pulse valve contains a sealed chamber with through-holes at different positions, each leading to different oil pipes. In the middle of the chamber is the valve, with two electromagnets on either side. When the magnetic coil inside is energized, the valve body is attracted to one side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil discharge holes are blocked or exposed. The oil inlet hole remains constantly open, allowing hydraulic oil to enter different discharge pipes. The oil pressure then drives the piston of the oil cylinder, which in turn moves the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. Thus, by controlling the on/off state of the electromagnet's current, mechanical movement is regulated.
